These Terms of Use apply to your use of all sites and services owned, hosted, managed, operated by WOW Academy (collectively "we", "us" or "our"), including Anita Site, Dominique Site, Kajabi Site, and any other sites we have owned or operated, own and operate or may own or operate in the future, including social media sites (collectively, the "Sites"). Unless otherwise stated, all references to "Sites", "Site", "Site" or "Sites" in the terms of this page include all such Sites. All references to "websites" below refer to unaffiliated and third-party websites. These Terms of Use do not apply to your use of unaffiliated websites or third parties to which any of our Sites may link or redirect you.
We, WOW ACADEMY, collect your information and can be contacted at any time at [email protected]. You can also send us complaints via this same email address or request to be removed from our lists of emails, phone numbers or ad targeting.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and security, and we have explained in detail the steps we take to do so. We manage the Sites from offices within Canada. We do not warrant that the information available on the Sites is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access these Sites from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
When you submit information to us or visit one of our Sites, we use it on an ongoing basis to ensure that you receive the information or purchases you have made from us, to provide you with relevant future content via our email newsletters, to track your use of our Sites or services, and to make future offers to you through our company or any other company involved in providing your purchases, bonuses or content. How and why we collect information
We collect your email address when you submit it, as well as certain limited information about the Site and your behavior, to record and support your participation in the activities you choose, or to contact you later or to offer you advertising. For example, if you register for a seminar, the information you provide to us, such as your phone number, email address and postal address, is used to reserve your place, track your preferences and keep you informed about the seminar as well as content, offers and events related to personal development, until you unsubscribe or request deletion of your data. If you visit our sites, we may use tracking tools such as Facebook, Google, or other similar tools to understand your behavior on our sites and serve you advertising in the future.
As a visitor to our sites, you can participate in many activities without providing any personal information. As part of other activities, such as registering for a seminar or participating in a prize draw, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by completing and submitting an online form. Participation in these activities is entirely optional. However, if you decide to engage in these activities, we may ask you to provide us with personal information such as your first and last name, postal address (including postal code), email address, telephone number, credit card information and any other personal information we deem appropriate. If you do not provide the mandatory data for a particular activity, you will not be able to participate in it. We use this information to administer the Sites, understand and measure traffic patterns on the Sites. We do not store any information about you on our servers, except for what you submit in one of our forms, and in any case, we keep your sensitive information, such as your credit card information, with software that encrypts it. All other stored information is collected via cookies or pixels, as described above, and is facilitated through third-party tools (such as Facebook, Google or Kajabi). Here are some examples of how we may use this information to better communicate with you:

For example, if you purchase certain courses from us, you may receive a bonus coaching session delivered by one of our coaches through a separate system or company that runs that specific program. To provide this coaching, we share your information with the system of these coaches so that they can contact you to schedule the coaching call you received as part of your purchase. At any time, you may contact us to request that your information not be shared with such service providers, but you may lose access to certain bonuses or items related to your purchase if you do not allow the third-party provider to contact you.
As most of our programs have an ongoing educational vocation in the field of personal and professional development, you should assume that we will continue to contact you on a perpetual basis by e-mail or via social networks in order to provide our services, offer you related content, make recommendations, know your preferences, grant you products, provide you with programs from other platforms or companies, send you surveys, and for other fulfillment or marketing purposes. By using our Sites and submitting information to us, you agree without exception to these terms and waive all liability on our part and hold us liable for any use of your information, in perpetuity and in all circumstances, including waiving your right to participate or initiate any class action.

Exceptions to the Privacy Policy
While we are committed to maintaining the security and privacy of your information, we have the following exceptions to our Privacy Policy. SMS/Sending mobile messages
When you become a customer through our Sites, you provide us with your phone number and we may use that number to confirm orders, provide ongoing training or promised communications, as well as to send SMS updates, promotions, videos, audios or messages related to WOW Academy or any of its brands, promotions or programs. You can opt out of receiving future text messages by simply replying to one of our text messages at any time with the word STOP. By signing up for our products or programs, you give us permission to send you text messages until you respond to STOP. We never sell or rent your phone number and only communicate with you on topics relevant to WOW Academy, its programs, or events.
Non-academic institutions
Please note that our company, WOW ACADEMY, as well as our affiliates or any other affiliated live event promotion company, are not designated educational institutions and do not issue degrees, academic certifications or degrees. We do not accept student loans or provide financial assistance to students as part of programs of study. We are a for-profit training and research center for personal and professional development. However, we are authorized to issue tuition receipts as an educational institution recognized by the Ministère du Revenu du Québec.
Revenue Disclaimer
We do not believe in "getting rich" programs. We only believe that we can develop excellent living conditions by constantly working, creating value, building a real and professional career, and serving others with excellence and consistency.
